Before you apply: applicants must meet minimum criteria including a 500+ credit score (500–649 may require a higher deposit), gross income of at least 3x the rent, and be 18+. Application fee: $40. Admin fee: $210 ($200 applied to deposit). Three months of pay stubs and employment/residential verification are required after application.
